In 1982 was the first piping and sanitary ware shop in the little town Asyut, Upper Egypt. Samy Tawfeik with brothers’ founded “Ceramic Commercial trading centre” at El Mogah dein state, and as known as a college professor, people in Asyut called it “DOKTOR” shop. After 10 years of success and a wider market share, Samy in 1992 established the 2nd branch at Setti street at Asyut down town, to have the first showroom in Asyut the government. In 2003 the second generation be in charge and they trying to get the family business as corporate as they can, with a corporate company called “Aldoktor” group for ceramic, porcelain and sanitary ware trading, using word of mouth “Aldoktor” as their original brand.
